Frequently Asked Questions
F.A.Q.
Here are some of our most frequently asked questions, and their answers, to help make it easier for you to lease a self-storage unit today.
Do you have video cameras at the storage unit?
Yes. We have brand new, 24-hour video surveillance on the property to monitor the storage units from many angles and perspectives.
What about a lock?
You will need to purchase your own heavy-duty steel lock to secure your unit.
Only one lock is permitted for use on your storage unit. The second lock hole is for our use in the event a lockout is needed. If you add a second lock, we charge a $50 cut off fee for its removal.
What kind of containers do you recommend for storage?
We highly recommend that plastic storage bins with secure lids be used to secure your property. The bins will help protect against moisture and any pests that may inadvertently enter your storage unit.
What can I store in a storage unit?
From furniture to vehicles, business records to holiday decor, storage units can be used for a wide range of items. The general rule is that anything that is illegal, flammable or combustible, or that will rot, cannot be stored in any of our self-storage units.

Yes! Working vehicles can be stored in storage units. Storage units serve as a secure, safe space for vehicles.
A renter must disclose if they have a lien on the vehicle and the holder of such lien.
Are storage units climate controlled?
It is not recommended that you store anything that is unable to withstand the winter and summer seasonal lows and highs such as liquids subject to freezing as their containers may burst.
